Co-Founder · Director

Maulik Shah is the Co-Founder of Kaleidocare and believes that every child deserves a safe, joyful and inspiring beginning. With a strong focus on nurturing environments and the highest standards of safety, infrastructure and operational excellence, he has helped shape Kaleidocare into a trusted destination for early childhood education in Andheri West since 2014.

His vision is a centre where children not only learn academic skills but also develop confidence, curiosity, kindness and a lifelong love for learning — where every family enjoys complete peace of mind.

Hemali Shah

Co-Founder · Academic Director

Hemali Shah is the Co-Founder and Academic Director of Kaleidocare. As the educational leader of the centre, she is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences that encourage every child to grow with confidence, creativity and compassion.

Her child-centred approach combines play-based learning with age-appropriate educational practices to nurture children's intellectual, emotional, social and physical development. Under her academic leadership, Kaleidocare has earned the trust of countless Mumbai families.
