What is the admission process at kaleidocare?

Currently, the admission query is attended over the phone and once convinced a brief meeting is arranged at the learning center for completion of documentation and verification.

What will I have do if I want to enroll my child now?

Just give us a call and we shall check the age criteria and other factors before going ahead with the process of enrollment. Once all factors are in place you shall be briefed for the further process for completion of admission formalities.

Is your program accredited?

Till date, the study programs were designed by renowned educationist, but from hereafter as per the new education policy-2020 the program will be centrally accredited.

At what Age does kaleidocare accept students?

For daycare, we allow admission at the age of 18 months and for Preschool, we accept children at 2 years of age.

What is your child to teacher ratio?

Kaleidocare maintains a ratio of 10: 1 with the help of support staff, hygiene staff and intern staff.

Does my child need to be potty-trained?

The child is not necessarily to be potty trained as she/he shall be taken to the washroom at regular intervals. You only need to keep an extra pair of clothes at school just in case the clothes get soiled.

How will I know what kind of day my child had?

You will be given a detailed daily briefing of the child at the time of collection, apart from that you shall be able to call the child on video chat during the day time whenever you want to talk.

Does your program have a religious component?

Our program does have a religious component but only to the extent of showing unity in the diversity of this multi-religious country. We just try to make the child familiar with our vast culture.

What should I do if my child cries when I leave?

You need to trust us! The bonding of the kid with our staff gets stronger once he or she gets habitual to our environment.

Can my child bring a snack from home?

School offers nutritious food for breakfast, lunch and evening snacks but if the child wants to bring food from home, we do not have any objection until the food is vegetarian. The school does not allow non-vegetarian food inside the school premises.

What if I am late for picking my child up?

For any reason, if the parent or guardian is late in picking up the child, the center should be prior informed about the delay so the child can spend quality time in any activity rather than just waiting.

What if I can’t pick up my child? Can someone else do it?

The child can be picked by any alternate person but only after receiving all details from the parent or guardian over the mail or WhatsApp about the alternate person collecting the child.

Can I sit in with my child in class?

We do not encourage the parent to accompany the child in the classroom as this is not advisable for the child’s quick settlement in the given environment.

How can parents become involved in their child’s preschool journey?

Parents can be actively involved in the child’s pre-school journey by following the curriculum of the child’s class actively on Facebook. At the start of each month, we share a detailed study plan with parents; you can also comply with the task decided for the child in the curriculum.
